Advancements in arthroscopic surgery have expanded the range of possible treatments for joint injuries and have driven the emergence of sports medicine. Arthroscopic surgery enables surgeons to perform minimally invasive surgery on delicate joints such as the knee, shoulder, ankle and elbow.

Cayenne has received 510(k) market clearance from the US Food and Drug Administration for the AperFix™ System and iFix™ System and the products are now available for clinical use in the United States. Additionally Cayenne holds a CE Mark for the design and manufacture of femoral and tibial implants with inserters, interference screws and instruments for tissue reconstruction. Cayenne operates a Quality Management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 13485:2003.
